Langley Gulch Power Plant, located in Caldwell, Idaho, operates under the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. This combined cycle facility boasts an operating capacity of 346.59 MW and is managed by Idaho Power Company, which is also its majority owner and part of the IDACORP holding company. The plant utilizes natural gas as its fuel source and is regulated in its operations. It primarily connects to the Northwest Pipeline for its gas supply, although it does not have a designated primary power purchaser.
