LaGrande is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Eatonville, Washington, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 64 megawatts and is managed by Tacoma Public Utilities, which serves as both the plant operator and majority owner.
