Kramer Solar is a solar power plant located in Hector, Minnesota, within the Midwest Reliability Organization region. With an operating capacity of 3 MW, the facility harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by Etcap Nes Cs Mn 12 and operates under regulated status. The plant is primarily owned by National Grid USA, a subsidiary of National Grid plc. Power generated at Kramer Solar is sold to Northern States Power Company, contributing to the renewable energy supply in the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area.
