The plant is operated by PSEG Fossil and is classified as unregulated, allowing for flexible operational strategies. The majority ownership of Keys Energy Center is held by Arclight Energy Partners Fund VII, under the umbrella of ArcLight Capital Partners, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable energy solutions and operational excellence in the energy sector.
