Kettle Butte Digester is a biomass power generation facility located in Roberts, Idaho, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The plant operates with an internal combustion technology and has an operating capacity of 1.8 megawatts (MW). It is part of the PacifiCorp E+W power control area. The facility is operated and majority-owned by Macquarie Group Limited, which also serves as the owner holding company. Notably, Kettle Butte Digester operates under an unregulated status, allowing for flexible operational strategies in the biomass energy market.
