Kenansville Solar operates a solar power plant located in Warsaw, North Carolina, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. With an operating capacity of 1.9 MW, the facility harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. The plant is unregulated and is primarily owned by Alberta Investment Management Corporation, which also serves as the owner holding company. Duke Energy Carolinas is the primary power purchaser, facilitating the distribution of the generated solar energy.
