Kamargo is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Black River, New York, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 5.1 megawatts and is integrated into the New York Independent System Operator’s power control area. Managed by Erie Boulevard Hydropower, Kamargo operates under an unregulated status, allowing for flexible operational strategies.
