JB-Tobin 2 is a solar power facility located in Pleasant Valley, New York, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 1.6 megawatts and is integrated into the New York Independent System Operator’s power control area. Managed by AES Clean Energy Services, JB-Tobin 2 is classified as an unregulated facility, with AES Clean Energy Services serving as both the majority owner and the holding company. The plant harnesses solar energy, utilizing the sun as its primary fuel source to contribute to the region’s renewable energy portfolio.
