Jasper is a combined cycle power plant located in Hardeeville, South Carolina, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. With an operating capacity of 961 MW, it plays a crucial role in the energy supply managed by Dominion Energy South Carolina, the plant operator and majority owner.
