Interstate Solar is a solar power facility located in Gervais, Oregon, operating under the jurisdiction of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC). With an operating capacity of 2.2 megawatts, the plant harnesses solar energy to contribute to the regional power grid. The facility is managed by Pgr Lessee C and operates within the power control area of Portland General Electric Company. As an unregulated entity, Interstate Solar is majority-owned by Pine Gate Renewables, which also serves as the owner holding company.
