I 95 Landfill Phase II is a biomass power generation facility located in Lorton, Virginia, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. Operated by Aria Energy Corp, this unregulated plant utilizes internal combustion technology to generate an operating capacity of 3.2 MW. The facility is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area and primarily supplies electricity to the Virginia Electric and Power Company. The majority ownership of the plant lies with Energy Power Investment Company, which also serves as the owner holding company.
