The Hyline Solar Center, located in Ontario, Oregon, operates under the Western Electricity Coordinating Council and boasts a capacity of 9 MW. Utilizing solar technology, the facility is managed by Panasonic Eco Solutions North America and is unregulated in its operations. The majority ownership lies with Cypress Creek Renewables, under the holding company EQT Infrastructure V. The plant harnesses solar energy, with Idaho Power Company serving as the primary power purchaser.
