Horseshoe Solar is a 75 MW solar power plant located in Dugway, Utah, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. Operated by D E Shaw Renewable Investments, the facility harnesses solar energy to generate electricity, contributing to the renewable energy landscape. As an unregulated plant, it operates under the oversight of the PacifiCorp E+W power control area. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced is Rocky Mountain Power, ensuring a reliable market for the electricity generated.
