HO Clarke Generating is a gas turbine power generation facility located in Houston, Texas, within the Texas Reliability Entity (NERC Region). The facility is managed by ProEnergy Services and operates under an unregulated status. The majority ownership of HO Clarke Generating is held by WattBridge Energy, which also serves as the owner holding company. The plant utilizes natural gas as its primary fuel source, contributing to the region’s energy supply and reliability.
