Hill Top Energy Center is a state-of-the-art combined cycle power plant located in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, operating under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. The plant is unregulated and is primarily owned and operated by Hill Top Energy Center, which is also the holding company.
