Helen Solar is a solar power facility located in Plato, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 4 MW, the plant contributes to the energy needs of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s Power Control Area. The facility is managed by Nautilus Solar Solutions and is classified as unregulated. The majority ownership of the plant is held by Nautilus Solar Energy, which is part of the Desmarais Family Residual Trust. Additional ownership interests are held by Pansolo Holding. Other owners of the power plant include Nautilus Solar Energy and Pansolo Holding.
