Harry L. Oswald is a combined cycle power plant located in Wrightsville, Arkansas, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. With an operating capacity of 548 MW, the plant is managed by the Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, which is also its majority owner and holding company. The facility operates in the Midcontinent Independent System Operator power control area and utilizes natural gas as its primary fuel source. As an unregulated plant, it does not have a primary power purchaser, and it sources its gas from the Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America.
