The Harlem River Yard is a gas turbine power generation facility located in the Bronx, New York. With an operating capacity of 79.9 megawatts, it plays a significant role in the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant is managed by NAES Corporation and operates within the jurisdiction of the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO). As an unregulated facility, it is primarily owned by the Power Authority of the State of New York, which also serves as its holding company.
