Halsey is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Auburn, California, within the jurisdiction of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council. The plant operates with a capacity of 11 megawatts and is integrated into the California Independent System Operator’s power control area. As a regulated facility, Halsey is owned and operated by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a subsidiary of PG&E Corporation.
