GSPP Imholte is a solar power facility located in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 1 MW, the plant contributes to the energy needs of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s Power Control Area. The facility is managed by Green Street Power Partners, which also holds the majority ownership stake. The plant operates in an unregulated environment, with its ownership structure further supported by Babcock & Brown Direct Investment Fund Limited. The primary fuel source for GSPP Imholte is solar energy. Other owners of the power plant include Green Street Power Partners.
