GMP Solar, located in Williston, Vermont, operates within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. This solar power facility boasts an operating capacity of 4.7 megawatts and is integrated into the ISO New England power control area. The plant is managed by Green Mountain Power Corporation and is classified as unregulated. The majority ownership is held by Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, which also serves as the owner holding company. The primary fuel source for the plant is solar energy. Additionally, Fonds de solidarite FTQ is recognized as another owner of the power plant.
