Gilman Mill is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Gilman, Vermont, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 4.3 megawatts and is integrated into the ISO New England power control area. The facility is managed by Ampersand Gilman Hydro Lp, a subsidiary of Ampersand Hydro, which is the majority owner. The plant operates under an unregulated status and utilizes water as its primary fuel source, contributing to the region’s renewable energy portfolio. Ampersand Energy Partners serves as the holding company for the ownership structure of the facility.
