Gemini Solar Hybrid is a state-of-the-art solar power facility located in Overton, Nevada, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an impressive operating capacity of 690 MW, this unregulated plant harnesses the power of the sun to generate clean energy. The facility is operated by Quinbrook Valley of Fire Fund, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced is Nevada Power Company, ensuring a reliable supply of renewable energy to the local grid.
