The GDIM 1 solar facility, located in North Smithfield, Rhode Island, operates under the jurisdiction of the Northeast Power Coordinating Council. With an operating capacity of 9.6 megawatts, this unregulated plant harnesses solar energy to contribute to the power grid within the ISO New England Power Control Area. The facility is managed by Green Development, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company.
