Gauley River Power Partners is a hydraulic turbine power plant located in Keslers Cross Lanes, West Virginia, with an operating capacity of 80 MW. It operates within the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region and is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area. The plant is unregulated and is operated by Patriot Hydro, which is also the majority owner. The owner holding company is LS Power Development. The facility utilizes water as its fuel source and primarily sells power to Appalachian Power Company.
