The gas turbine power plant located in Lake Lynn, Pennsylvania, operates under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 97.9 MW, the facility is managed by Aspen Generating and is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area. As an unregulated plant, it is primarily owned by Aspen Generating, which is a subsidiary of LS Power Development. The plant utilizes gas as its fuel source, drawing from the Columbia Gas Transmission pipeline, and currently has no primary power purchaser.
