G.S.E. One is a solar power facility located in Bonham, Texas, within the Texas Reliability Entity (NERC Region). With an operating capacity of 82.5 MW, this unregulated plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. The facility is managed by Pattern Energy Group, which is also the majority owner, alongside the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board as the owner holding company. G.S.E. One operates within the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) power control area and primarily supplies power to Digital Realty Trust, contributing to the region’s renewable energy landscape.
