The Four Corners Windfarm, located in Echo, Oregon, operates under the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (NERC Region) and features wind turbine technology with an operating capacity of 8 MW. Managed by Constellation Energy Corporation, the plant is unregulated and primarily owned by Continental Wind. The facility generates renewable energy from wind, with PacifiCorp serving as the primary power purchaser.
