FastSun 18 is a solar power facility located in La Crescent, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 1 megawatt, this plant contributes to the renewable energy landscape within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area. The facility is managed by Altus Power, which serves as both the plant operator and majority owner. FastSun 18 operates in an unregulated environment, with ownership held by TPG, a prominent holding company.
