Estrella Solar & Storage is a solar power facility located in Lancaster, California, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 56 MW, the plant harnesses the sun’s energy to generate electricity. It is managed by AES Clean Energy Development, which also holds majority ownership, while the Alberta Investment Management Corporation serves as the owner holding company. The facility operates in an unregulated environment and supplies power primarily to the Clean Power Alliance of Southern California, contributing to the region’s renewable energy goals.
