The Estonian Solar Project, located in Cooper, Texas, operates under the Texas Reliability Entity within the ERCOT power control area. This solar power plant boasts an impressive operating capacity of 202.5 MW and is managed by Enel Green Power North America, which also holds majority ownership. The project is unregulated and is part of Enel SpA’s portfolio. Harnessing the sun as its primary fuel source, the plant supplies energy primarily to Capri Holdings Limited, contributing to sustainable energy solutions in the region.
