Erving Poplar Mountain Solar 1 is a solar power facility located in Erving, Massachusetts, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 1 megawatt (MW) and is integrated into the ISO New England power control area. As an unregulated facility, it operates under the ownership of Soltage, with Tenaska Energy serving as the holding company. The plant harnesses solar energy, utilizing the sun as its primary fuel source, to contribute to the region’s renewable energy portfolio.
