Envoy Solar operates a 50 MW solar power plant located in Mexico, Missouri, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. The facility is managed by Birch Creek Development and is part of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area. As an unregulated entity, Envoy Solar leverages solar energy as its primary fuel source, contributing to sustainable energy solutions in the region. The majority ownership of the plant is held by Laurel Creek Holdings II, which also serves as the owner holding company. Additional stakeholders in the power plant include IROP Equity Aggregator, Longleaf Intermediate Holdings Company, PGR Longleaf Holdco, and China Cove Renewables, along with Birch Creek Holdings.
