Elmore BESS is a state-of-the-art battery energy storage facility located in Mountain Home, Idaho, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. With an operating capacity of 4 megawatts, this facility plays a crucial role in enhancing grid reliability and supporting renewable energy integration. The plant is operated by Idaho Power Company, which also serves as the majority owner, under the holding company IDACORP.
