EAFB – North Base is a solar power facility located in Edwards, California, operating under the jurisdiction of the California Independent System Operator. With an operating capacity of 1 MW, this plant contributes to the renewable energy landscape within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. The facility is managed by GLC-(CA) Edwards AFB and is classified as unregulated, allowing for flexible operational strategies. The majority ownership of the plant is held by Firstar Development, a subsidiary of US Bancorp. Additionally, CleanCapital Holdco 4 is recognized as another owner of the power plant.
