DIVO 14 is a solar power facility located in Wabasha, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 1 MW, this facility contributes to the energy needs of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s Power Control Area. The plant is managed by DIVOCSG 14 and is classified as unregulated, allowing for flexible operational strategies. The majority ownership of DIVO 14 is held by New Energy Equity, which is part of the ALLETE holding company. The facility harnesses solar energy, utilizing the sun as its primary fuel source, thereby promoting sustainable energy practices in the region.
