Diana Hydroelectric is a strategically positioned hydroelectric power facility located in Harrisville, New York, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. It is integrated into the New York Independent System Operator’s power control area, contributing to the region’s energy supply. The facility is operated by Energy Ottawa, which also holds the majority ownership through its parent company, Hydro Ottawa Holding.
