DG AMP Solar Smyrna is a solar power facility located in Smyrna, Delaware, operating under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 1.2 megawatts, the plant contributes to the PJM Interconnection power control area. The facility is managed by the Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company. As an unregulated entity, DG AMP Solar Smyrna harnesses solar energy, utilizing the sun as its primary fuel source to generate clean, renewable power for the community.
