DeGraff Butler Electric operates a solar power facility located in Burns, Kansas, within the Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) NERC region. The plant has an operating capacity of 1 megawatt and is integrated into the Southwest Power Pool power control area. The facility is managed by Today’s Power, which also serves as the majority owner, under the ownership of the Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation. As an unregulated entity, DeGraff Butler Electric harnesses solar energy, contributing to the region’s renewable energy portfolio.
