The Dartmouth Solar Plant, located in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, operates under the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant is managed by Borrego Solar Systems and is unregulated, providing flexibility in its operations. TransAlta Renewables holds the majority ownership, under the umbrella of TransAlta Corporation. The primary power purchaser for the plant is the City of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, reflecting a commitment to sustainable energy solutions within the community.
