D’Arrigo Brothers – Phase 4 is a solar power facility located in Salinas, California, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 1.7 megawatts and is managed by California Commercial Solar. It falls under the jurisdiction of the California Independent System Operator for power control. As an unregulated facility, D’Arrigo Brothers – Phase 4 is primarily owned by D’Arrigo Bros (Andy Boy), which also serves as the holding company. The plant harnesses solar energy, utilizing the sun as its primary fuel source to contribute to the region’s renewable energy portfolio.
