Dane County Solar is a solar power facility located in McFarland, Wisconsin, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 17.3 megawatts, the plant contributes to the energy needs of the region while adhering to regulatory standards. The facility is managed by Wisconsin Power and Light Company, which is also the majority owner, under the umbrella of Alliant Energy Corporation.
