CoTAL Solar Farm is a solar energy facility located in Tallahassee, Florida, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. With an operating capacity of 20 MW, the plant harnesses the power of the sun to generate renewable energy. The facility is operated by Origis Technics USA and is unregulated, allowing for flexible operational practices. The majority ownership lies with Origis Energy USA, which also serves as the holding company. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced is the City of Tallahassee, contributing to the city’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
