Co-Gen II

Co-Gen II is a biomass-fueled power generation facility located in Riddle, Oregon, operating under the jurisdiction of the Bonneville Power Administration within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. As an unregulated facility, Co-Gen II is managed by Co-Generation Co, which also holds the majority ownership of the plant.
