CMEEC – Rogers Rd Solar is a solar power facility located in Norwich, Connecticut, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 1.3 MW, this unregulated plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. The facility is operated by Tesla Energy Operations, which is also the majority owner and part of the Tesla holding company. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced is the Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative, ensuring that the clean energy generated contributes to the local power grid.
