The Clear Spring Ranch PV Project is a solar power facility located in Fountain, Colorado, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 10 MW, the project harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by NextEra Energy Resources, which is also the majority owner and part of the NextEra Energy holding company. The project operates in an unregulated environment and supplies power primarily to Colorado Springs Utilities, contributing to the region’s renewable energy goals.
