Clear Lake is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Buhl, Idaho, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 2.2 megawatts and is managed by Idaho Power Company, which also serves as the majority owner and operator. The facility is regulated and falls under the jurisdiction of the Idaho Power Co power control area. Utilizing water as its primary fuel source, Clear Lake contributes to the sustainable energy landscape while aligning with the operational standards set forth by its parent company, IDACORP.
