Clarks Mill Lower is a hydraulic turbine power plant located in Greenwich, NY, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 1.07 MW, it harnesses water as its primary fuel source. The plant is operated by Hollingworth & Vose Company, which also holds majority ownership and is the owner holding company. As an unregulated facility, Clarks Mill Lower supplies power primarily to the Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, contributing to the New York Independent System Operator’s power control area.
