The facility, managed by Sustainable Power Group, harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. As an unregulated entity, it operates under the California Independent System Operator’s jurisdiction. The plant’s majority owner is Alberta Investment Management Corporation, which also serves as the holding company. Southern California Edison Company is the primary purchaser of the power generated by this solar installation, contributing to the region’s renewable energy supply.
