CISCO BESS is a state-of-the-art battery energy storage facility located in Cisco, Texas, within the Texas Reliability Entity (NERC Region). The plant boasts an operating capacity of 9.9 MW and is strategically positioned within the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) power control area. The facility is operated by Hen Infrastructure and is classified as unregulated, allowing for flexible operational strategies. The majority ownership of CISCO BESS is held by Hunt Energy Network, which also serves as the owner holding company. Additionally, Manulife Investment Management (US) is recognized as another owner of the power plant.
